VNUS Medical Technologies (San Jose, California) has appointed Don Todd as vice-president of marketing, effective from May 5 2008. Mr Todd has over 20 years' of marketing experience for medical device companies, and joins from Iridex (ophthalmic lasers) where he was senior vice-president of marketing. VNUS provides devices for the minimally-invasive treatment of venous reflux disease.
