Anthony Bihl, who retired in November 2007 as director of Siemens Medical Solutions' diagnostics division, has joined Adnavance Technologies (Vancouver, British Columbia) as an independent director. His more than 25-year career also features terms with Bayer Healthcare's diagnostics division (as president), Sterling Diagnostic Imaging and Dupont. Adnavance will use Mr Bihl's international experience to help approve and commercialise its proprietary diagnostic technology - the metalised-DNA (M-DNA) platform.
