Before joining Mountain View, California-based Hansen, Mr Osborne worked as an independent consultant providing senior-level financial consulting services to companies since August 2009. He previously served as CFO, treasurer and vice-president of finance and administration at VNUS Medical Technologies, a firm focused on developing technology to treat varicose veins.
