"Spanish strategy unchanged" in FENIN chairmanship reshuffle

Victoriano Prim has stepped down as president of the Spanish medical technology industry federation FENIN, in a provisional swap of positions with first vice-president Carmelo Sanz, with effect from October 1. Mr Sanz, of Becton Dickinson (BD), will chair the FENIN board until its next scheduled election, at the end of 2010. Similarly, Mr Prim, as joint vice-president (together with Jordi Pujol, of Roche Diagnostics), is scheduled to stay in the position until then.
