OralDNA teams up with Midwest Dental for diagnostics focus

OralDNA Labs is set to provide diagnostic testing services for Midwest Dental’s western division of clinics after the two firms signed a multi-year agreement. Brentwood, Tennessee-based OralDNA will enable clinics in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa and Colorado to diagnose for periodontal disease, in order to allow earlier treatment of the infection. OralDNA claims that periodontal disease affects around three quarters of adults in the US. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
