Injunction Expands Abbott’s Block On 'Gray Market' Test Strips

The device firm is pursuing a trademark infringement case against multiple distributors for selling diabetes test strips intended for international use in the US. Some of the distributors fought Abbott’s request for an injunction against them by arguing that the international strips posed no harm to domestic patients, but a District Court disagreed and granted the injunction.
