DFine CEO: Radiofrequency-based kyphoplasty device developer appoints Kevin Mosher CEO, effective Nov. 16. Mosher has most recently been president of the North American division of dental implant firm Nobel Biocare. Before joining that firm in 2004, he was a top executive at Masimo. MacMillian to federal council: Stryker CEO Stephen P. MacMillan is named to the 2010 Manufacturing Council by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke Aug. 5.
