Executive Summary
FDA top lawyer: Gerald F. Masoudi is FDA's new chief counsel, the agency says Oct. 16. He replaces Sheldon Bradshaw, who resigned from the post to go into private practice in September. Masoudi has been with the Department of Justice since 2005, but prior to that he was FDA deputy chief counsel under Daniel Troy.
