Executive Summary
CMS is considering expanding the list of covered diagnosis ICD-9 codes for PT and fecal occult blood testing to include open wound, pancreas head; open wound, pancreas body; open wound, pancreas tail; open wound, pancreas, multiple and unspecified sites; open wound, appendix; and open wound, other gastrointestinal sites.
