Executive Summary
Radiofrequency ablation technology cross-license settles all pending patent disputes between the firms. Under the terms of the deal, which does not include RITA temperature control technology, RITA will make a $2.7 mil. one-time payment to the Universities of Kansas and Nebraska, which own some of the related Boston Scientific patents.
