Executive SummaryFirm names Les Vinney president and chief operating officer. Vinney, 51, joined Steris in August 1999 as senior VP and chief financial officer and in October became senior VP finance and operations while continuing as CFO. Prior to joining Steris, Vinney was senior VP and CFO at BF Goodrich. The title of Steris president previously was held by Chairman and CEO Bill Sanford. The COO title is new for the company.
