FDA Considers Limited Labeling Regulation For Device Remarketers

FDA plans to propose regulations in the near future that would require independent service and repair organizations (ISROs) to provide basic labeling for products that are redistributed. A "concept paper" will be drafted within the next month, according to FDA staffers, followed by a proposed rule on labeling.
