Executive Summary
To be the focus of a July 14 hearing of the House Government Reform and Oversight/Government Management, Information and Technology Subcommittee. The Subcommittee will: examine two recent reports on the Federal Advisory Committee Act by the General Accounting Office, explore concerns related to the management and accountability of advisory committees; and consider whether FACA presents barriers to public participation.
