OWENS & MINOR "REENGINEERED" SALES FORCE will include "key account managers" who are trained to "set up mutual business objectives with the customer," Owens & Minor Chief Operating Officer Craig Smith said during an Oct. 11 session of the Wheat First Butcher Singer health care conference in New York City. Smith noted that the mutual business objectives will be structured to include mutual "incentives."
