Meridian Diagnostics: Cincinnati-based firm says it will call for redemption of the outstanding balance of its 7-1/4% convertible subordinated debentures due 2001. Holders may redeem the debentures for cash, or may convert them into shares of Meridian common stock until Nov. 30 at a conversion price of $5.97 per share. Under the cash option, debentures will be redeemed for 105% of their face amount plus interest, the company says...
