Executive Summary

Laser Industries completes its purchase of Warwick, Rhode Island-based surgical laser manufacturer Surgilase from San Diego, California-based Jmar Industries. According to Jmar, the terms of the deal specify that Laser Industries will pay $1.5 mil. at closing, $2.5 mil. over a 19-month period, and assume "substantially all of the liabilities of Surgilase."
