LUNAR SEEKING TO ENJOIN HOLOGIC FROM SALE OF QDR-2000, QDR- 2000plus third-generation bone densitometers in a patent infringement and unfair trade practices complaint filed Sept. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Lunar also is seeking damages for Hologic's alleged infringement of three patents, as well as declaratory judgment that two Hologic patents for the QDR systems are invalid.
