Executive Summary
Dow Corning signs "a written agreement specifying the terms for its participation in a proposed global settlement for silicone breast implant litigation," pending board approval, the firm announces March 23. Bristol-Myers Squibb and Baxter also have signed onto the deal. Terms of the agreement are said to be substantially the same as those proposed in February ("The Gray Sheet" Feb. 21, p. 12). 3M is still in negotiations. Court review of the agreement should occur in the "very near future," Baxter says
