Executive Summary

Releases Predator line of over-the-wire percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty catheters the week of March 14 at the American College of Cardiology annual meeting in Atlanta. The devices were among the spate of Cordis catheters approved in the summer of 1993 ("The Gray Sheet" Jan. 17, S-1). Cordis delayed introduction of the product until after the Olympix and Sleek PTCA catheter rollouts and until manufacturing capacity was ramped up. The company also has a line of approved diagnostic catheters that it has yet to launch
