Executive Summary
Names President Richard Hazleton, 50, to the additional post of CEO "effective immediately." Keith McKennon, 59, is stepping aside as chief executive but will continue on as chairman of the board. The move is in accordance with a plan announced last December ("The Gray Sheet" Dec. 7, 1992, I&W-10). McKennon, Hazleton and Gary Anderson, 47, executive vice president of the firm, "will continue to form the office of the chief executive, which is responsible for overall policy and direction of the company," the firm says.
