Executive Summary
Veryan Medical Ltd. (vascular disease devices) has raised £5mm ($6.9mm) through its Series F venture round. Imperial Innovations co-led, and together with fellow returning backer Seroba Kernel, invested about half of the money. The company's chairman also participated. Imperial Innovations has invested £8.9mm to date and holds a 48.4% stake in Veryan. The company’s Series E round brought in £3.6mm last year.
