Executive Summary
Respiratory and cardiovascular device developer BiO2 Medical Inc. has raised $12mm through its Series C venture round. Remeditex Ventures led the financing and was joined by 29 of the company’s current shareholders. The money will be used to market the Angel central venous catheter and inferior vena cava filter combination device, which reduces the risk of pulmonary embolism in critically ill patients.
