Executive Summary
Four-year-old device firm Biomimedica Inc. has raised $11.9mm in its Series B financing, of which $2.8mm came from the conversion of bridge loans. First-time backers Troika Ventures (lead) and Biedermann Motech were joined by returning shareholders Emergent Medical Partners and Asset Management Ventures as well as six other undisclosed investors. According to the Form D filing, the company could raise another $2.3mm in the round.
