Natera Inc. (prenatal diagnostics; formerly Gene Security Network) has raised $20mm through its Series D venture round. Lightspeed Venture Partners led and was joined by returning shareholders Claremont Creek Ventures and Sequoia Capital. The company will use the funds to continue developing its Down syndrome test.
