Cardiac arrhythmia device developer Acutus Medical Inc. has raised $3.3mm through what is believed to be its Series A round to four undisclosed investors. According to the company’s Form D filing, it could bring in another $1.3mm before closing the financing. Acutus Medical closed a $1mm initial financing of debt and other securities about three months ago.
