Executive Summary
Under a five-year agreement, LifeCell Corp. (the recently acquired biosurgery division of Kinetic Concepts Inc.) has licensed exclusive North American marketing and distribution rights to Novadaq Technologies Inc.’s Spy imaging system. In this region, LifeCell is also responsible for market development, educating doctors, as well as clinical and field service support for the Spy system.
