Facet Solutions gets $3.6mm via bridge financing

Executive Summary
To help fund its acquisition of Archus Orthopedics, spinal implant developer Facet Solutions has raised $3.6mm through the sale of debt and other rights to returning shareholders De Novo Ventures, FirstMark Capital, and Spray Venture Partners, as well as 11 unnamed investors. The financing, which the company is calling a bridge round, is expected to generate a total of $5.5mm.
