Executive Summary
Paragon Intellectual Properties has restructured from an LLC with seven divisions to a single corporation that will be known as Nexeon MedSystems (cardiovascular devices). The company has also closed its $24mm Series A venture round. SurModics (its development partner), Abbott Laboratories, Boston Scientific, and private investors participated.
