Executive Summary
New investor Versant Ventures has led Novasys Medical's $49.5mm Series D round. Fellow first-time backers Three Arch Partners and Skyline Ventures were joined by existing shareholders Affinity Capital Management, Alloy Ventures, Delphi Ventures, GBS Venture Partners, Invesco Private Capital, JP Morgan Partners (managed by Panorama Capital), and Onset Ventures. The company will use the funds to continue developing its Renessa non-surgical radiofrequency device for women experiencing stress urinary incontinence.
