Executive Summary
The Chinese University of Hong Kong has granted Sequenom (genetic analysis) exclusive US, European, Australian, Canadian, and Japanese rights--as well as non-exclusive Chinese rights--to IP pertaining to the development of a non-invasive prenatal diagnostic. The company also got exclusive rights to a portfolio of methylation and nucleic acid markers.
