Executive Summary
Zoll Medical (noninvasive cardiac resuscitation devices) has exercised its option to acquire the 85% of Revivant (cardiac support pump manufacturer) it does not already own, paying $15mm up front plus earn-outs of up to $15mm through 2006. It will also pay royalties contingent on the company's growth for the years 2005 through 2007. All payments will be in cash and Zoll stock.
