Serono SA licensed development and marketing rights in 15 Asian countries to Genentech's Raptiva (efalizumab), a drug candidate for psoriasis. Serono obtained worldwide Raptiva rights, outside of the US, Japan, and certain other Asian countries, in August 2002.
