Executive Summary
Micro Therapeutics (devices to treat vascular diseases) will acquire German based Dendron GMBH, which develops and manufactures neurovascular products, for about $40mm in cash and earnouts. Dendron will receive $25mm upon closing, and additional payments of up to $15mm when products reach certain revenue targets between 2003-08.
