Executive Summary
Integra LifeSciences (medical devices, implants, and biomaterials) acquired the assets of NMT Medical's (minimally invasive surgical devices) NMT Neurosciences business for $5.4mm in cash, or about one-third the division's annual sales. It will change NMT's name to Integra NeuroSciences.
