CMS finalizes a delay of its Medicare competitive bidding program for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS) until April 18, 2009, after receiving approximately 550 comments between Feb. 10 and Feb. 13 - all in favor of a delay - according to a Feb. 19 Federal Register notice ("1The Gray Sheet" Feb. 16, 2009, p. 19).
