Executive Summary
GE Medical Systems and computer-aided detection technology developer Deus Technologies launch the RapidScreen Digital lung cancer CAD system for aiding detection of early-stage lung cancers in regions of interest on digital chest images. RapidScreen Digital can be integrated with GE's flat-panel Revolution XR/d and XQ/i digital radiography systems, as well as existing computed radiography systems, and GE will market the system.
