Executive Summary

Firm's ad agency, Lintas Worldwide, creates The Gotham Group to handle Maybelline's $50 mil. account. The formation of Gotham will allow "both parties to grow" without client conflicts. Lintas says, Gotham is competing for additional accounts, but not from firms with businesses similar to Maybelline's. The new agency currently is in discussions with 3M. Gotham is headed by CEO Stone Roberts. The other executives are President Sheri Colonel and Creative Director Lynn Giordano
