The Drug Information Association has named Paul Pomerantz as its new worldwide executive director, effective 1 December 2009. Mr Pomerantz, who is currently executive vice president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, will replace William Brassington, who has been acting executive director since July 2008; Mr Brassington will resume his role as the DIA’s worldwide director of finance.
