Acting coordinator will be Start Woolien following retirement of Paul Lepore, PhD, effective Sept. 30. Lepore, a 23-year agency veteran, is moving into independent consulting. Lepore is leaving the agency under an "Early Out" retirement program which applies to employees at least 50 years of age with at least 20 years of service. Early retirements must take effect by Sept. 30 under the program
