Roche Gets Injunction Against Pharmacy Chain In Test-Strip Fraud Case
Roche Diagnostics has obtained an injunction blocking a pharmacy chain known as Precision Healthcare from distributing or billing for the company’s Accu-Chek blood glucose test strips. The manufacturer alleges the pharmacies had been committing fraud by distributing lower-priced glucose test strips but billing for brand-name versions.
