"There’s always more to be done in the search for quality. Of course, that’s part of the watchword of MDIC, is getting the best quality medical devices to patients with the greatest effectiveness and efficiency. But in terms of quality, we have done a number of studies. We’ve done a number of reports, and are continuing to explore where we go down that path. We’ve worked on quality metrics for devices in key settings and in key verticals, and are continuing to look at where else we should be looking and where else we should be pushing initiatives to explore quality metrics. –Pamela Goldberg, CEO, Medical Device Innovation Consortium
