Boston brings in UK clinical heavyweight for CRM unit

Boston Scientific has appointed Prof John Mark Morgan senior medical director of its cardiac rhythm management division. Prof Morgan, who will assume his position on 1 September, is a recognized CRM expert, with a particular focus on Europe. He currently serves as consultant cardiologist, specialising in CRM, at University Hospital Southampton in the UK. He is also honorary professor of CRM at the University of Southampton. After taking on his role at Boston Scientific, Prof Morgan will leave his post at the hospital but continue his academic affiliations.
