ANALYSIS: Feb keeps VC deal volume buoyed, but falls short on big bucks

Some $278 million of new capital was raised in February from the 26 venture financing transactions that crossed Clinica's news desk last month. While deal volume was the same as in January, the amount raised was not able to meet January's takings of more than $290 million (www.clinica.co.uk, 5 February 2013).
