The organisers of OrthoTec Europe, an annual orthopaedic design and manufacturing conference and exhibition, are inviting entrepreneurs and start-ups to submit their ideas for innovative orthopaedic medical devices. Some 18 projects will be selected and these will be pitched to a panel of industry partners and investors at the Investment Hub, which takes place during the two-day conference, held in Zurich, Switzerland, from 12-13 September. The event would also offer a chance to network with orthopaedic implant manufacturers looking to license new technologies or acquire new businesses, OEM and contract manufacturing partners, venture capitalists, investment bankers, angel investors, research laboratories and universities among others.
