Fort Worth, Texas-based Wound Management Technologies has agreed to acquire privately-held medical device distributor Juventas in an all-stock deal, giving it access to the latter's US-wide sales network. Wound Management believes that combining the companies' sales forces will help drive revenue growth; and that the deal will also boost the firm's bottom line via cost synergies.
