PEP buys Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies to strengthen spinal surgery unit

Surgical instrument manufacturer Precision Engineered Products (PEP) has acquired Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies for an undisclosed fee, boosting its presence in the spinal surgery market. The newly-acquired company will be integrated into PEP's Lacey business unit, which manufactures metal and plastic products and is based in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
