Morten Gunvad, Covidien's former vice-president of its European soft tissue implants business, has joined Swedish inflammatory airway diseases specialist Aerocrine as vice-president of commercial operations, Europe and Asia. Mr Gunvad will be responsible for developing and expanding the Solna-based firm's commercial operations outside North America, and accelerating sales in Aerocrine's direct and distributor markets.
