Becton Dickinson has beaten analyst forecasts for its third fiscal quarter, reporting net income of $343.1m, or $1.53 per share, up 12% over the same period last year. Q3 revenues also rose 10%, at $2.0bn (+5% on a constant currency basis). Analysts had predicted earnings of $1.43 per share and revenues of $1.99bn.
