David Elvira Martínez has been appointed acting director of the health technology assessment (HTA) department of Spain’s AIAQS agency for HTA, healthcare information and quality standards at the Catalan regional health authority. Mr Elvira, who replaces Mr Oriol Sol�-Morales, will continue to have responsibility for his current roles as director of the regional health observatory (OSC).
