Belgacom, the Belgium national telecoms provider, has joined the European radiological, electromedical and healthcare IT industry association COCIR. Christian Dezangré, Business Innovation Manager Health at Belgacom said: “The communications industry is at a critical point in its evolution. The health sector is seen as one of the key domains where the use of Belgacom’s ICT assets is allowing the development of innovative business values for users. Belgacom is actively supporting the Belgian stakeholders in their move to eHealth solutions.”
